We operate under a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. From the date of receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at info@blissfulbeatsband.com. We will provide you with the necessary shipping address. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process:
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
1. Email us the receipt of the tracking number at info@blissfulbeatsband.com.
2. Email us photos of your item for verification purposes. Once we confirm its condition, we will promptly process your return.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@blissfulbeatsband.com. Our dedicated customer service team will promptly address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, you change your mind, you discover you can buy the item cheaper elsewhere or if the goods are damaged by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.

Refunds:
